What is the giclée printing process? How long will my fine art print or canvas last?
Giclées are museum quality fine art reproductions. They are the result of highly advanced digital printing technology. A fine art giclée is the closest to the original painting you can get and can last decades before any noticeable shift in color integrity occurs. We do not recommend hanging your art in direct sunlight or rooms with high humidity such as a bathroom or kitchen as our canvas is not waterproof.
Does the canvas need to be framed?
Our canvas prints display beautifully as they are. Of course you may custom frame your artwork if you want to. Approximate sizes are 14˝ × 18˝ and 11˝ × 14˝.
Can you explain what the 11˝ × 14˝ fine art print option is?
Our Fine Art Prints are museum quality reproductions. They are printed on high quality archival paper to last many years, and designed to fit into a standard size frame available at many large retail stores.
I would like my print framed. What is the best way to do that?
Our fine art prints are designed to fit exactly into an 11˝ × 14˝ standard frame available at many large retail stores. And, because the prints have a one inch white border it will complement nearly any color frame you choose.
Is this an appropriate gift for a baby shower?
An attractive Celebrating Baby gift card is an excellent choice for a baby shower. And it gives the new mom the opportunity to select her favorite artwork.
Is this an appropriate gift for an office gift?
Yes, and it’s a gift sure to be remembered!
Can I add Celebrating Baby to my gift registry?
The best way to notify your family, friends, and coworkers of your desire for our product is to use our ‘Tell A Friend’ notification on our website.
Are there other sizes of your canvas or prints that can be ordered?
Our standard sizes are 14˝ × 18˝ canvas, 11˝ × 14˝ canvas and an 11˝ × 14˝ fine art print. If you are interested in a different size, please contact us and we will work with you on special orders. Our e-mail address is customerservice@celebratingbaby.com
Ordering Information
What if I don’t have or don’t want to include all of the baby information?
If you wish to leave out any of the requested baby information beyond the first name and gender you may. The artwork will still look outstanding.
Another option if you don’t know the baby’s information is our gift card. Our gift card is an ideal solution and allows parents to provide the details of their baby’s birth to personalize their Celebrating Baby artwork selection.
Can I include the baby’s last name instead of the middle name?
If you would like to include the baby’s last name instead of their middle name you may. However, we cannot include both the middle and last name along with the baby’s first name.
How do you ensure that my transaction and information on your site is secure?
We use an SSL certificate that secures our transactions with up to 256-bit encryption. The SSL Certificate enables Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption of your credit card and personal information.
Do I have to pay any sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax of 7.65% for orders shipped to Kansas.
Gift Card Information
What if the baby hasn’t been born yet?
An attractive Celebrating Baby gift card is the perfect solution to send or personally deliver. Parents can then select their favorite artwork to personalize from our gallery.
Can I include shipping and handling charges on the gift card?
Yes. In fact, shipping and handling charges are added to the gift card so everything is included for the recipient.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Visit the gallery section of the website, select your artwork, and provide your baby's information. After filling in billing and shipping information you will be able to put in your Gift Card code. For security reasons you will need to fill out the payment information. Your gift card amount will then be subtracted from your total and you can confirm your order.
Can I use my gift card toward a different item?
Sure. When you go to redeem your gift card you can choose an item that is different than what was selected for you on your gift card. If there is a price difference you will simply be billed for the difference.
What is the expiration date on my gift card?
Our gift cards expire in one year.
Shipping Information
Can I ship to a different location than my billing address?
Absolutely. In fact, we will include an attractive card announcing your gift.
Can I have your product shipped outside of the Continental US?
Yes. Beyond shipping to the 48 states, we also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
How will I know when to expect delivery?
As soon as your one of a kind art is finished we will alert you via e-mail with the information you need to track your shipment so you know when to expect your package.
Can I count on my order arriving in good condition?
In order to ensure your art arrives just as beautiful as the day it was made a lot of effort must go into custom packaging and shipping. Our rate includes the cost of parcel as well as custom packaging materials. Art is a lot more complicated to ship properly than clothing or books!
Can I get my Celebrating Baby canvas sooner?
Because your art is custom made and one of a kind it takes time and attention to make. You should receive the product within 2 – 3 weeks. You will be notified when the product has shipped so you can track your shipment and know when to expect delivery.
Returns/Exchange Information
Because your piece has been custom made we cannot provide a refund unless the product was damaged in shipping. In the unusual circumstance this has occurred, please contact us right away to get a product credit.
